Although Rob does represent several businesses and professionals in various litigation matters, Rob’s primary areas of practice include personal injury, automotive accidents (including truck, motorcycle, pedestrian and bicycle, ATV, boating accidents and recreational injuries), professional negligence (including realtor negligence), farm accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, wrongful death, wills and estates litigation. He also has experience in settling cases of contract law, probate and probate litigation, insurance disputes / bad faith litigation, and termite cases (including negligent inspection and failure to disclose to the client).
